Payments are made in full upon intake form completion and booking via e-transfer.
-A full refund will be given provided you have notified me 3 weeks before our consultation; I begin working on the chart soon after I receive your intake form and booking.;
-Cancellations need to be made within 24 hours; I will then reschedule the appointment in the next available time slot - my appointments are made for Eastern Standard Time
