Meet Tammy
“Who am I?” “Who am I?” “Who am I?” This question has rattled me most of my life and I am sure it has you as well. I inhabit so many roles, mentioned here are only a few - I am: a sexy spouse, an incredible,irate Mom, a kind confidante, a forever friend, a brilliant, but, burnt-out teacher, a savvy student, a wacky writer, an arrant astrologer, and most importantly a middle-aged madwoman ordering a medium refill -decaf - from my merry Tim’s drive thru on the daily. I love all the faces of me - “fully and completely”.
Where did it all begin for me? In the autumn of 1994, a Happy Birthday Moon Signs’ book landed and I was found. Back then, my limited knowledge of Astrology became my party trick and popular psychology textbook; in cars, classes and coffee shops, with buddies, boyfriends and bosses, it helped me to understand people’s dreams, fears and favourite foods. Now, with more wisdom, it quietly supports my school communities as I work through the challenges of teens; often too troubled. After 5 full years of basement study with brilliant teachers, at my Grandma’s old metal desk, I feel ready to fully venture out and bring you meaningful messages from the sky.
In 2025, I completed my Certification with The Canadian College of Astrology Education. It has been an exceptional experience for me; hence, I believe this is what will "help me to help you". It is what I love to do; I want to hear your story, study your star map, point out the hills, the valleys and support your journey. Life is incredible; knowing oneself and facing the depths leads to wisdom and ease. Let’s do it up with much mojo!
Vision & Values
“Since about 7, when I was lying on the picnic table top, red rubber boots pledging allegiance upward to the puffy cumulus clouds, I wondered to myself: “How did I end up here and what am I to do during my stay?” Gratefully, my long dance with, and discovery of, this discipline has helped me to understand and to answer these questions.
Astrology is practical magic; it is a window into you and your place in the universe. My goal is to give you true insight and perspective into who you are, what you love, where you wish to go, why you do the things you do, when you will get there and how you best do it. This is why I like to call it a Star Map - it charts the course of this life, but we must never forget that we have the freedom to make choices, and affect destiny’s possibilities. Our interpretations and beliefs create what we are and what we experience.
